The pay and PTO policy.

Cons

While this practice has had its ups and downs, it currently is in a downward spiral. They have had several employee's quit, due to management. They also are firing people for the craziest things - that they have no proof of. Local leadership plays games with peoples lives to suit their personal agenda.

So far so good! Began work in September. Benefits are good, onboarding has been smooth, and coworkers have been supportive welcoming.

I feel supported as a new hire here and I can't put a price on the way in which my team works together to help me get through my day.

Cons

There can be a tendency to go into over drive to get through the high case demand and sometimes that can contribute to miscommunication between staff, with less emphasis on taking a time out to allow better patient care.
