Work life balance is great, the doctors, manager and staff I work directly with are big on it and they all help each other out and don't be little you.

The computer system is a bit difficult at first but gets easier the more you use it

The staff is very helpful in answering any questions I may have and are overall very nice and fun to work with,

Cons

There is sometimes a low staff issue, but that can be anywhere that you may work and they do try to fill in where they need more staff when they are able to.
