Incredible people, zero ego. This is the first company I’ve worked at where every single person is not just competent but genuinely kind. There’s no lip service - people show up with integrity, humility, and passion. Things move FAST here, but it’s not chaos for the chaos's sake. If something’s not working, it changes with no red tape, no egos, no waiting weeks for approval. Lastly, and most importantly, everyone is actually inspired by the mission. You can feel the alignment and sense of purpose across teams. tl;dr - Medallion has the best kind of chaos. Startup energy at its best with a ton going on, but in a way that’s energizing rather than draining. You’re empowered to own your work and drive impact from day one.
