Pros
I have been with Medallion for almost 2 years now and I can say I have met wonderful people along my journey. I have had the pleasure to have worked with several people around the company and all have been helpful, insightful and open to training an individual if they would like to learn more. One of the things I have enjoyed when working at Medallion has been that they promote from within, if you are qualified and demontrate your work efforts, you will be promoted to that position you like. Medallion has great benefits, medical, dental, vision, and much much more. Not only do they have great benefits but I love the fact that they care about work/life balance. They respect that life happens and we all have a life aside from work, which is why they have unlimited PTO and it is a benefit not all companies offer. Everyone is passionate about the work they do and support each other in reaching goals. I have also witnessed that Medallion also hires people with goals, they are willing to hire someone without experience and train them which allows people to grow their work experience and careers, nowadays is hard to find a company that will hire you if you don't have 5+ years of experience. Someone at Medallion will take you under their wing and show you the roads so you can succeed, which is something I LOVE! Aside from all of this, since it is a Remote company, Medallion has introduced fun ways to connect, for example: Halloween costumes competitions, just to name one.
Cons
At this time I do not have any, if I have to think of one it is probably that it is a start up and not everyone wants to join a Company that is new. But in my opinions Start-Ups are more fun and also listen to their employees and take their opinions into consideration.
