- Highly Social Atmosphere (Internal Parties, Social Gatherings, Networking Events) - Extensive Training at Headquarters - Positive Encouragement; Open Communication with Leadership - Certified Commission and Bonus potential, not skimpy with payouts. Hunter environment

Cons

- This is a staffing company. Just remember that. - Extremely Low Starting Pay (Average $40k in first year and potentially second year as well) - Difficult Selling Approach Depending on Vertical (some reps are still not making commissions/getting placements after 1-2 years of selling) - Monotonous, Repetitive Sales Approach, Completely Cold Calling-centric
