Job security, benefits, work from home, work/life balance.

Cons

Highly ambiguous structure, no clarity as to who's in charge, conflicting orders from above, changes without notice or explanation, projects started and stopped at a whim, no ownership or accountability, no onboarding or training provided. Have to fight to get anything done. No way to contribute value in this culture. Teams full of highly talented people whose potential is being totally wasted.
