Paid benefits immediately upon hire. Paid vacation. Paid education (licensing, courses, etc) Community involvement.

Cons

Lack of investment in technology. Lack of accountability in middle management. Parking downtown is not free for employees; no financial help with monthly parking costs. More reactive instead of proactive (no solutions put in place until $#*! hits the fan.
