Great corporate culture, lots of encouragement for growth including paid for courses, and fantastic benefit package. Able to purchase additional vacation.

Cons

Parking costs up to $120 per month, no free parking available. Constant change and ineffective decisions that flow from upper management. Team Leaders/Managers are often hired externally, or are people with little experience in duties of employees they manage.
