great benefits, glad to see Blue Cross being involved in the community and other great teams IWK, Red Cross, and many more, I am very proud to work for Blue Cross

Cons

need to still weed out the ones that are time wasters and not really working as a team to keep each day to run soother, parking should be cut in half
