Flexible work schedule, PTO pretty good

Cons

Not diverse at all. Very "click-ish" If you're not in, you're out. You can tell when you've been "voted" out because management starts making you feel like you're not wanted on the team by nitpicking. Ultimately having you make the decision to leave.

Some bright people in engineering. PTO is also descent. Great technology in a booming industry.

Cons

Horrible management. There is no room for growth and lack of communication between upper level management and staff. The company is constantly restructuring and many employees are leaving due to instability.
