There are some very bright people working in development.

Cons

Leadership is incapable of walking the talk or staying true to company values. Leadership is way too focused on selling the company and therefore is not taking care of customers or employees, creating high attrition of both.

Medfusion was the first to help providers and patients connect to their healthcare data. They started out as a small company and have grown to know that their brightest and most rewarding days lie ahead of them.

Some very nice co-workers. Everyone leaves by 5pm. Good place to work if you are a white male in your 20s or 30s.

Cons

Poor compensation and benefits. No investment in people. Organizational silos. Management fosters competition within teams creating confusion around priorities and promoting a general lack of teamwork.
