Tight-knit crew, solid products, solid managers Good documentation, moving in direction of ITL and working hard on proces improvements

Cons

Small team can lead to knowledge silos, though this is known and is being worked on

Several colleagues are quite smart.

Cons

While most employees are quite smart, the management does not listen/care for their views. There are other companies with better prospects. I am unsure about the company's financial future. Technology stack isn't exciting
