The IT team offered no where to grow. During the interview, one of the specific traits they were looking for included "hungry", however, they offered nothing to eat.
This was frustrating as you'd watch other teams have tiers (junior/usual/senior and 1/2/3/senior) and promotions every 3 to 6 months.
Another pain point is employee reviews (see Advice to Management section) and HR information. The HR department is too small for the companies size and getting advice or any information on anything benefits related is not easy. Hopefully you are not young and/or understanding benefits and 401k information comes easy to you.
