Pros

The support is 24/7, so shifts can range. This great if you have other jobs, activities, hobbies etc. You can also work from home, which in encouraged. Staff is cool too.

Cons

Compensation compared to other hosting services.

Pros

If you have computer knowledge and like to learn, its a great place to work. You can start in Customer Support and pretty much go in any direction in the company. It just depends on what interests you and how much you are willing to learn and how much you work with your team.

Cons

Can get pretty hectic at times, where chats or phones are backed up. Most of your learning is on your own time.
