Pros

Working on the customer support floor, you are exposed to bits and pieces of every department. There's a lot of room for growth, PTO is flexible, all management that I've personally interacted with has been stellar and I have no complaints regarding them. Perks aren't amazing, but they're good. Work from home for customer support agents has recently been implemented and it is great, though you will miss the comradery amongst peers. Not sure how new hires will be handled, but after a few months you should be eligible. There's a lot of communication between departments so you'll always be informed of new things. Objectively speaking, I think we have some of the best support.

Cons

The company as a whole itself is great, as are the people who work here. I think the current shortcomings are some of the products being offered. Not a huge deterrence, but product offerings could be more customer-centric. The company doesn't feel very competitive, but it's not too big of a downer considering they fill the web designer and developer niche. Premium WordPress can be improved in many ways. Being able to sell other TLDs would be good. More female hires. This has been addressed, but the more, the better.

Collaborative, friendly culture, swanky perks, great benefits, people passionate about the quality of their work. They place great importance on work/life balance and health. Transparency is a big plus.

Cons

I've only been here a couple of weeks, so I'm not sure of any quite yet!
