Pros

- Great employee attitudes. While there's politics in any organization, they are at a much healthier level here than most. - The company goes out of its way to take care of its employees. Perks like Freeloader Friday lunches and monthly happy hour events (which are real events worth going to) are awesome. - Good work/life balance. It's a tenant to Media Temple's focus on work/life balance that there are so many top-talent employees that have stayed with the company for 8+ years.

Cons

- There is room for growth in process efficiencies to get things done faster and more efficiently.

Nice office with a lot of smart people. It's fun and rewarding to go into work. Hard work reaps rewards. Lots of perks. Flexible bosses.

Cons

Communication between dev & engine could be better. Overall engineering documentation is somewhat lackluster and could be refined.
