I love working with the (mt) team! Seriously a batch of the smartest and most talented people I know. Everyone is always more than willing to help you learn and better yourself to become a better person, in or out of the company. An excellent opportunity to grow!

Cons

I really don't see any downsides. If you want to learn and grow, this is a great company for that.
