Great coworkers. Decent benefits. The perks were nice. Dogs in the office. Free snacks, and lunch on Fridays.

Cons

Not much chance to move up. Benefits and perks slowly dwindling, though they try to spin it as an improvement. Clueless management more interested in shiny than functional.

Pretty good money Some people work four days a week (10 hour days) Lots of free food Very easy to get help from co-workers on technical problems

Cons

They fire a lot of people. I watched entire teams get fired for mysterious reasons. I've never seen so much "churn" at any company I've worked at, and I've worked for much bigger companies.
