The company has really found its vision and voice with Source. It feels more aligned and I really believe we are trying to change the industry. There have been some organizational changes but I personally feel it is for good reasons and change for the better. Our new President is fantastic; He is open on where we can improve and is providing a much more transparent leadership. He’s not afraid to answer the tough questions. You get to work with incredibly bright people who are very passionate about their work There is a good work-life balance - flexibility on working and great benefits and perks. Lots of opportunities to develop your skills through training and the ability to move internally to another role.

Great perks and benefits, super smart people in all roles, industry leading tech and opportunity for growth if you want it

Cons

this isn't really a con but as of a year or so ago they hadn't really figured out how to be a big a big company, structure and management were changing CONSTANTLY which is fun if you can handle it. i'm sure they will figure it out, the bones of the company are solid.
