I, too, am constantly surprised and thrilled by the brilliant people we have working here, and I hear you about some of the challenges you might be feeling with career growth transparency. At a company growing as quickly as ours, developing clear career growth paths for all employees has been identified as a top priority now. To that end, in late Q1 we launched Manager Training courses that put heavy emphasis on making career paths an ongoing Manager/Report conversation. And in Q2/Q3 of this year we're very excited to go live with some easy to use tools we've developed to transparently make "what good looks like" very clear at MediaMath. A key goal is to have promotion readiness be something that's formally rooted in a shared understanding of companywide competencies going forward.
