Pros

The Marketing Engineer Programme is a fantastic way to enter the programmatic field. The programme is full of insightful learnings and partner visits, and the company works really hard to empower the MEP's to operate well beyond the industry standards. The teams are very approachable, and everyone has a very friendly and collaborative outlook towards each other. The culture of the company is the best I've ever seen allowing to build strong and rewarding relationships and invigorating team work.

Lots of opportunities to make friends in the company - parties, sports events, charity challenges, nights out, nights in, etc. Senior management are human. There seems to be a lot of interest and support for employees' career-specific personal development. Pros

Everyone works hard and as a team. In return we get amazing perks like massages, lunches and social events every week or two. Managers are very supportive, care about your growth, and learn what interests you in terms of work.

Cons

There are more managers than juniors so sometimes there is a bit of overload when it comes to smaller tasks.
