Non-competes - all the other reviews are true; they will go after you if you leave MediaMath for any of the 15 perceived competitors (including all the tech giants/FAANG). People have been sued, spent $$$$ on lawyer fees and lost job offers as a result. That said if you're still seriously considering MediaMath then keep in mind that they need you more than you need them, have them remove the NCA clause from your offer letter.
