-Opportunity to gain a lot of experience -Having a strong team can make all the difference -Office is beautiful with breath-taking views -The company genuinely cares about giving back and run “Impact Week” every year to encourage charity donations and volunteering

Cons

-Upper management is not transparent and not accessible (although they pretend to be), very out of touch with what’s going on -The company has 5 different priorities at any given time, can’t seem to focus or find a strategic direction. We’re a jack of all trades, master of none -Our product isn’t close to what competitors offer. The platform is old, clunky, and overly complicated. Unfortunately it took a long time for the tech teams to get themselves together and actually start fixing it

MediaMath is a really great place to create and pursue new opportunities or projects/roles that you find interesting. People are always willing to take their time and go the extra mile to help you with a question/task. This isn't a company that sticks with the status quo but is rather always challenging it and thinking of new ways to improve.
