Cons

Major lay offs yesterday at MediaMath was there less than a year and was directionless the whole time with no clear vision. Very high expectations with zero support.

Thank you for giving credit where credit is due at MediaMath. The people on this team are unparalleled in their creativity, diligence and willingness to collaborate. What you are referring to was certainly not “massive layoffs” — we reorganized our teams into business units this week, transitioning people into teams with more focused missions. Most people now have more tightly focused missions and new resources at their disposable — a small minority have moved on with the opportunity to take advantage of the resources provided by our incubator. –Mike

Previous post was correct. Massive layoffs just happened and in the midst of yet another re-org poor pay best chance of career advancement is to find another job
