Pros

I like it a lot so far. We are constantly pushing the edge with new tech but keeping our roots in existing tech. I am constantly challenged, encouraged and continue to learn. The pay is good. The people are great. The company seems to have good people leading the charge and I am confident of its future.

Learning from a great team that is dedicated to the work they do. If you're new to the industry, you'll get a lot of exposure and training on the online advertising space. Being part of a larger company also gives you access to great partnerships and tools.

Cons

Career mobility is generally not as fast as your own personal development. However, if you decide to stick around for long enough, your work will be recognized.
