Pros: good hours (people get in around 9:30 or 10 and leave around 6); relaxed work environment & freedom to work from home when you need to; free snacks, drinks and chair massages; benefits are pretty good

Cons

Cons: NY office is a bit crammed (trading-desk style desks); pay is not that great

Pros

Great people to work with and a friendly and fun culture. People are generally very open and approachable. Despite growing into a more medium size company, MediaMath still operates at a very quick start-up pace. The company still does key things for everyone like fairly regular social events, companywide meetings to recognize selected employees and bagel fridays etc.

Cons

The company has grown very rapidly and real estate (e.g. booking conference rooms) can sometimes be a challenge

Amazing benefits, wonderful culture, super smart colleagues, executives and managers who care about their employees.

Cons

We've grown so fast over the past year that we've outgrown our office space. We're short on conference rooms and desks, which is frustrating at times.
