Pros
None. I honestly cannot think of any. The training is meh, zero perks and lame benefits and minimum bonus packages - if any since their pretty much unattainable. No pros to really list here.
Cons
Extremely poor management team. They act like school yard bullies and try to motivate their team by fear. They have huge egos and in the end are simple and laughable. HUGE gap between mgmt. and sales force team. Every man for himself really. Two people lied to me during interview process about specific questions I had re: pay/work environment/goals etc. I've been here a while now, and just accepted a position elsewhere. This was the worst job I've had yet. If you're considering working here, I'd say to be VERY careful and get everything in writing - which of course will not happen, but you can try nonetheless. Take the job as a last resort only. There is a reason why they are always hiring and cannot seem to keep good people.
