      Pros

      Great atmosphere and customers to work with. There are frequent team building activities, and outside of that people interact constantly outside of their department. The company is on the rise, and the acquisition by Esko provided much needed direction and stability

      Cons

      Enterprise customers require a lot of attention, and sometimes the right information is difficult to gather.

      Pros

      The office is stunning, with great art and bright colors. Great location. Abundant snacks. Schedule flexibility. You have the opportunity to work with large, enterprise clients without dealing with the headache of actually being part of one.

      Cons

      The founder sometimes stifled new ideas and micromanaged employees. This is in flux, however, since MediaBeacon was acquired in 2015 and the founder's role has become more compartmentalized and less pervasive in daily operations.
