      Great people, not so great compensation.

      Pros

      Great technology, great people. Great office, one of the best offices I have seen.

      Cons

      No real training, I had a total of less than one day in overall training, everything else is learn as you go(not all bad, just some more formal training would be good). Worked for the company for a year and a half, did not receive any of feedback on my work. Also I had no idea what projects the company was working on. Senior management needs to be more transparent.

      Great technology. Thought leadership. kitchen full of snacks.

      Cons

      Senior management all bends to founders will - and he is a micro manager. No career path. Cannot retain people no matter what they do for the company (like that X IBM guy). The tone of the office is about what kind of mood Jason is in that day
