The salary is decent, but don't get fooled by it, it's not worth it. There are some good people, but this place won't enhance your skills, and keep on cutting your benefits.

Management is a joke! Devaluing employees is common practice. Clients are treated the same but of course not to their faces. All they are concerned with is keeping the status quo. Clients are promised the world on a silver platter. They receive spam on a dirty dish . Look for the Mediaban reviews these are the people running Mediaocean.

Pros

The people are great teammates. Everyone respects each others time and are able to work cross functionally very well! If there is ever a question, you can openly ask in slack for some help, or get directed to resources within the company. I have had countless colleagues outside my team and department reach out and vice versa.

Cons

There is no transparency at all. Losing great talent everyday and so many decisions being made by top leadership on a quarterly basis that results in cutting budgets, team size, and goals.
