      C-Suite mgmt. and VC owners team is only interested in the bottom line. Middle management talks a good game but beware the politics. Stagnant career growth Aged technology. Large holding companies are looking to move off MO suites of products.

      There is no work life balance on many teams in India and US The company is losing a lot of talent rapidly and they can’t hire fast enough for the people left behind to be relieved of a lot of extra work They do not adjust their targets despite having fewer people to accomplish them People are so busy there isn’t time for bonding, it’s all business all the time You will have days that are all high pressure meetings I have witnessed yelling and in-fighting between team members and leadership - it is unpleasant
