The only pros I can list is the location was nice and the team I worked with was the best.

Cons

Where to start? -Management consistently lies and consistently blames a person who has not been with the company for several years on issues. -People are taking on way more responsibilities with no increase in pay due to them cutting personnel. -Several in senior management positions simply just don't care about the departments they manage. All they care about is cutting costs so they can appear to be profitable.

Nice office with good location downtown

Cons

Very cliquey development team. Senior members of the development team not willing to help new hires get familiar with the software. On boarding program is set up like a competition against each other with graded test / code projects ect... (Similar to college exams) Very odd.

Both the Development, and Learning and Development teams strive to create a Bootcamp environment where you are challenged and mentored as you learn more about our products and engineering philosophies. The Bootcamp is a very rigorous 12 week program which is designed to partner you with a mentor to share knowledge and build a foundation for your time here. We do not share scores amongst our cohorts and assessments are only used to push yourself and measure your own progress as you learn and grow over the 12 week time period. Mentors are asked by management to provide thoughts and insight to their Mentees, as well as create a welcoming environment within the Development team.
