Pros
Mediaocean is a large company that has been around for decades, and it provides the stability and benefits that you would expect from a company like that. They try to take good care of their employees in their salary and recreation opportunities in the company.
Cons
I was brought into Mediaocean when my former employer was acquired, and I noticed a big change in the culture. It's very corporate and inflexible on some of their policies, especially their work from home policies (though they have mentioned they want to revisit those policies).
