Pros

They will help you grow if you show that you are willing to do, they will give you great opportunity to showcase your work that will help benefit the company

Cons

the HR department and the financial department don't care that much about you, even if you have many years working there.

Pros

Pretty good salary and benefits, working towards a clear vision

Cons

Things happen much slower than they should and lots of superficiality. They talk about work/life balance and have unlimited time off but the CEO is constantly talking about how he works every day and hasn't taken vacation. Also, you have to enter your vacation days one by one in the system and get them approved (the system also constantly reminds you of how much time you've taken off so far). Just feels like they don't actually mean unlimited time off.

Pros

The engineering organization continues moving in a positive direction. A great place to grow as an engineer with a lot of opportunities. Great work life balance as well with encouraged unlimited pto.
