- Good benefits and decent base pay for area ($32/hr) - Supportive/friendly staff in all areas that are willing to help you

Cons

- Intentionally short staff units to save money - You feel as though you do the job of 4-5 people due to lack of staff - Small raises ($0.20/year) - No incentive for staff to stay

Coworkers are helpful and there are travelers to help out due to short on staff

Cons

The pay is one of the lowest compared to the other hospitals nearby. There is no yearly raises given out and no incentives for employees to stay. Short on full time nurses on the floors.
