      Coworkers are helpful and there are travelers to help out due to short on staff

      Cons

      The pay is one of the lowest compared to the other hospitals nearby. There is no yearly raises given out and no incentives for employees to stay. Short on full time nurses on the floors.

      Set schedule, rotation you know when you're going to work

      Cons

      Management don't do anything to make the work environment better, charge nurse on 5c does nothing but gossip and talk trash, the pay sucks, no upward movement. Sexual harrassers are promoted.
