Pros

The staff is great, no office drama what so ever. The leads are warm and money is there to be made even when it's slow. I work M-F 8:30 - 4, with weekends optional if I want to make more sales. Overall gray atmosphere and great place to work

Communication between sales and custom service is not where it should be

What I like about sales jobs is the more effort you put into it the more money you make. The good thing about Medical Guardian is that they give you the opportunity to put in the effort and make a good living. I have worked at other commission sales jobs before and this one tops them all. It is a good environment to work in. If you work hard you and use the tools Medical Guardian provides you with, you will be successful.

Cons

You're going to have to deal with denial. It's a sales job not every prospect is going to be nice and buy from you.

Pros

This is more then just a job. I get to come to place everyday where I feel supported, loved, and feel like I can spread my wings without being micro managed. Supportive with my dreams, goals and helping me achieve my goals here.

Cons

Honestly, I am struggling to come up with a con of working here. I feel blessed to work here and very happy I am in such an inspiring atmosphere everyday which motivates me to consistently push myself to hit my goals.
