Great place to come to work. The facilities are employee friendly, the compensation is employee friendly, the culture is employee friendly. Plenty of opportunities to grow with the company. Lots of activities in and out of the office to promote a "family atmosphere". A great place to work. You know they care about you here as a person as well as lots of on-going training to help you increase your income.

Cons

I have been with Medical Guardian for over four years and have grown with the company just about every year. I have never worked in such a rewarding, hard working, fun, inviting environment where ideas are welcomed from ever level in the company. We are a young, growing company run by an extremely warm, generous and amazing CEO, Geoff Gross. Geoff cares about his employees making a great living and providing them opportunities for growth. Not only do we save lives for a living, we provide seniors an opportunity to continue to live independently for as long as possible. This is NOT your typical call center environment at all. I can't imaging working for another company!

Cons

As we grow, changes are made and ideas are implemented. With that, not all work out as planned but, we continue to make changes with the employee's and customer's best interests in mind.

Medical Guardian has an atmosphere unlike any other company I have worked for. Energetic, inviting and provides an exceptional sense of accomplishment and growth. Ideas are accepted and welcomed at every level. The company is in the forefront of the industry and is just very exciting place to be. We are in the top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Philadelphia. Our leaders are true visionaries! We work hard but play hard too!
