Geoff, the CEO, is wonderful to work for. He has high expectations of all of his employees, but rewards everyone well. We have access to lots of team-building opportunities and company outings--most recently the entire company went to a Phillies game together.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and there are some growing pains along the way. Geoff and the rest of upper management, however, have been quick to try and remedy that which isn't working and make a real effort to maintain a positive work culture.

Pros

Medical Guardian is built around a brand and a CEO who care more about saving customers lives than benefiting their own. Employees are inspired by this and bring 100% effort every day to make sure this notion is spoken throughout their actions. While sales and marketing teams in any company rarely speak the same language, MG's team atmosphere creates a collaborative, mutual understanding of a company goal and the obstacles that must be overcome in order to accomplish those goals. Small startup feel of the company allows for immense personal growth and understanding of business operations. Bagel Fridays, birthday celebrations and seasonal pot locks show the character of MG's employees and personal devotion of its leaders.

Cons

There aren't as many holiday breaks when compared to that of an Agency, which leads to the use of vacation days to get the extra time off. Besides this minute fact, MG is a fantastic place to work.
