Unfortunately, The top management lies a lot to their customers and their employees. At the hiring stage, they talk about bonus but you never get one. They are not loyal to their staff. If you ask a fair salary, they just spin you and eventually you have to quit or they fire you. MIS has one of the largest turnover I have seen. Generally, people leave the company in about a year.
CEO is a former Siemens field service engineer and he does not think big. Because of his poor management MIS lost a big contract and had to lay off more than 15 employees last year. The top management are not very educated and average is associate degree so don't expect a lot. The salary level is too low and only top management is important. No overtime payments.
