Pros

Good people work in the Lab, enjoyed working with them.

Cons

The business is very top heavy, 7 VP's. Not willing to pay you a fair salary.

Pros

Wide service base of installed equipment within the US. Large base of service engineers. Some senior level engineers. Fairly good repair facility. Fairly impressive corporate office in GA. FE hours allows some freedom during the day.

Cons

Salary, not hourly. On-call requirements vary and can be 24x7 depending on location and with no standby pay.

The stand-by pay is inclusive in the yearly productivity bonus which is based on customer satisfaction and response.
