Laid-back, no accountability, fraternity like environment. This could be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.

Cons

Lack of professionalism, and general business etiquette. What is acceptable for some is not acceptable for all.

Pay checks always came not sure how because contracts dropped as fast as they came.

Cons

Con-artists sales team, lie through there teeth to get the deal and then fall short on promises due to lack of bodies and qualified engineers.
