This company is so disorganized. They do anything and everything to avoid using any helpful tools, software, or systems to help employees stay up to date on tasks. They would rather constantly email than mark a “completed” check box. Managers change their minds every other day depending on the CEO and his bipolar moods. They would rather give new tasks to people with no education and leave those with hard earned degrees out of the loop. Very unprofessional work environment that leaves you guessing on expectations.

* If you're not related to the CEO you're going to have a hard time moving up. * You're constantly told "we don't have the budget", or "I need to see more initiative from you" while family members are getting promoted, hired and having their lawyer fees reimbursed. * Don't google the CTO and find out why they have news articles about them.
