Pros

MIE has a small business culture where people on your team, or even cross teams, will help answer your questions or jump on a call to help you with issues that come up. Coming from a consulting background, this is rare to see on this scale. Great managers as well. Ability to manage your own time and work remote.

Cons

It's possible to grow within the company by applying to other positions, but there are no built-in career advancement as you build your product knowledge and grow.

Family oriented, small but a growing organization, values employees and promotes from within. HR does a great job with engagement and pulse checks.

Cons

Growing pains are real. As the organization grows, improvement in structure and role definition is needed with clear guidance on policy and process changes.
