      Pros

      I have made some of my best friends here at Medical Solutions, and the teams from other departments that I have worked with are second to none. I was skeptical at first when joining the company a few years ago, but I do not regret it. Everyone strives to do a good job and the company emphasizes that their main goal is to help you succeed. I have recommended friends and family work here as well! 401k would be better if vesting was 100% or a higher percentage was vested, but it is still average.

      Cons

      Still growing, so growing pains are expected. Integrations of acquired companies have caused quite a bit of stress over the last couple years.
