remote environment flexible work schedule decent benefits

Cons

no culture inconsistent and constant change with little to no communication and expectation to do everything perfectly they used to care about their employees and now we're just a number

Pros

Pat Barry and Craig Meijer are amazing people. They had the intent to build or maintain an amazing company, which they surely did. Unfortunately there is a board who has come in a lost sight of the values of what this company was. The end of 2022- Spring of 2024 were great years for sales and awful for culture. They need a learning and development team to actively works with their sales teams. They need managers who weren't just good recruiters but are true leaders passionate about leading a team of people.

Cons

Got bought out. Doesn't focus on it's travelers or it's employees anymore. Removed bonus structures that benefited the travelers and the recruiters. Continue to hire more people while letting go of 1000+ employees .

The marketing team was great. Upper management outside of that team was not as welcoming and transparent.
