Pros

Unlimited PTO is actually used and managers I've had are all super flexible with life things that pop up. There is a solution-oriented culture in this company that makes work more fun, more fulfilling, and more peaceful than any other place I've worked. As a woman in the IT work place, I have had absolutely no one attempt to put me in place, steal my ideas, or tell me to settle down. I feel completely comfortable reaching out to anyone I need to speak with, including the CEO. My leadership trusts me to do my job well and mostly focuses on making sure I have what's needed to get the job done well. I have gotten a bunch of appreciation gifts, from small things like branded travel cups to personalized items from my immediate managers.

Cons

It's a growing company, the only issues are all related to the maturation process. I have no complaints currently.

Bad Managers and Bad culture

Pros

Good PTOs. Decent benefits, bonus system.

Cons

Too many people managing vs less people actually doing development. In some cases, managers without much understanding of development and technologies. It was very difficult to deal with. Also lack of good developers made working in the company very hard. They tend to hire almost every developer interviewing.
