      Good people, low pay, crashing company

      Pros

      Really like my teammates. My group hired well for both skillset and personality.

      Cons

      Had to scratch and claw to get what I got, which is below market rate. Joined because I wanted a break from startups and through this would be a place to have some stability and grow my career. Wrong on both counts. The company squandered covid profits on questionable acquisitions and over hiring. C-level got sacked, and now the new C-suite is enacting massive layoffs.

      Great coworkers. I'll miss working with them.

      Cons

      Laid off suddenly. Hundreds of us. Company repeatedly indicated that while we were in a downward trend that they saw no signs of staff reduction. We lulled into a f7alse sense of security only to be grouped up and unceremoniously cut from the company. A company that espouses "Human First' and "Best place to work". Misdirection and lies. Craig and the senior 'leadership' should ashamed of themselves.

      Benefits are really good and do cover a lot

      Cons

      Politics, PTO (unlimited) but only one person can be out at a time and max of 5 weeks per year.
