Pros
I really liked the people I worked with and I was very passionate about the work I was doing. I recognized there were some flaws/opportunities within the company, but I was excited for the challenge and hoping I'd be able to make a real impact at the company. I became a subject matter expert in one of the newly launched platforms rolled out in 2022. And because of this, I connected with so many different people.
Cons
I was laid off rather unexpectedly. I had just been recognized by my department for a rather challenging project that I spent six months working on. Two days later, I was laid off. I feel blindsided and like I didn't really matter to the company.
