Very flexible. Good work/life balance. Can work from home. Positive outlook. The current market leader in the HIE industry. Nice brand-new office space in a great location (downtown Salt Lake City. Management is fairly sincere and wants to do the right thing.

Cons

The healthcare marketplace is changing quickly and moving towards analytics and Medicity is falling behind in this area. Company is very silo'd and knowledge sharing often doesn't happen. Work conditions also vary widely from department to department as well. I'm told that developers, for example, work very long hours.
